Paul Guyas leads an interval group at 9:00 a.m. on Sunday mornings beginning February 10th., at the Leon High School Track. Follow this group on Facebook or email Paul Guyas for information if you are not a Facebook user. Paul encourages all: "We had a large variety of paces in the fall and winter and we always made it work. It is always more fun with more people and we can do better, more creative workouts so bring a friend or two."

Here is a track intervals pace chart that Bobby York put together. It includes target times for 200M, 400M, 800M, 1200M and 1600M intervals for pace goals ranging from four minutes to nine and a half minutes.
