Congratulations to the Tallahassee finishers in the Pittsburgh Marathon. The weather was warm and the course hilly. Jay Silvanima was the top Tallahassee finisher with a time of 3:06:32 net. This race also served as the men’s Olympic Trials and was won by Rod DeHaven in a time of 2:15:30. Since his time is not fast enough to meet the “A” standard for the Olympics, the US will only be able to send one runner to the Olympics in the Marathon.
