Why I run
I run for fitness and for how good it makes me feel. I begin almost every day with a run or swim and don’t feel quite right when I skip a day.
Brief Running History
I began running in the early 1980s for fitness and have been running since. I ran competitively for many years and have come full circle to running just for fitness. Every run is a gift for which I am grateful.
