Treasurer’s Report – Pheona Kaiser
October and November reports were presented and accepted. The proposed budget is needed for the next meeting. There is a CD worth $2663.24 that will roll over in December. RRCA dues are due in early February, and those include the insurance coverage that we need. Rex made a motion to cash in the CD to pay the dues, Cynthia seconded, motion passed.
Membership Report – Brian Corbin
There are 908 members, with 544 memberships. Should we do anything this year to encourage the renewals when we send the first newsletter of 2000? Several suggestions were made. Judy willingly volunteered to separate the renewals from the non-renewals for the special treatment.
Equipment Report – Joe Dexter
The big clock is still sleeping (out of commission.)
Newsletter Report – Rex Cleveland
Rex wants to celebrate the holidays this year. If your material is late, it is out.
Social Director – Sarah Docter-Williams
The Christmas Party is set, what kind of beer should we have in the keg? Wine will be available for purchase from the Legion Hall. There will be a DJ.
Review of what was spent this year: Christmas Party $800, Awards and food $150, 3 socials at $150 each, Buffalo Wings $130, Forest Meadows $150, Relay for Life $130 = total $2033. It was the best year for socials yet. Sarah needs a new co-chair for next year.
Race Director – Will Walker
Turkey Trot
The final budget outcome will be out soon.
Run to Posey’s, Christmas Eve is on again this year.
Springtime – Paul Hiers

Will protested the date of the Christmas Party because it is the night before the Jacksonville Marathon.
