Free 3K Time Trial

Chris Sumner is hosting a 3K Time Trial free of charge for anyone interested in getting a look at where they are for cross country season or before breakfast on the track comes around. Here’s the info:

3k Time Trial Friday, August 1st, 7:00 pm start. No registration, just show up and run Lake Alberta (next to the old Church’s Chicken on Lake Bradford Rd.)
