Team registration for the Azalea Trail 10k has closed. GWTC will be sending a Men’s team to compete in Mobile this year, but there were not enough women entered to complete a team.
The next GWTC Team Racing event for 2004 will be the Fiesta 10k in Pensacola on May 1. This is a point to point race that starts near Pensacola Junior College and follows a scenic route under the overhanging oaks. It then weaves through the downtown area of Pensacola to the finish line on Government Street near Seville Square. This is a mixed team event made up of unlimited male and female runners. The two fastest males and two fastest females will determine the scores.
Entry forms for the team must be mailed in together and postmarked by April 22. Tim Unger will be the designated team representative and will pick up the race numbers and packets for all team members. GWTC has placed in the team competition at the Fiesta 10k for the past 5 years in a row. Many GWTC members and Tallahassee area runners have captured individual awards as well. Please forward your registration form to Tim Unger no later than Tuesday, April 20 to be included in the team registration.

2) Jacksonville Summer Beach 5 Mile Run, August 21.
3) Delchamps Senior Bowl 10k, Mobile, Alabama, November 6.
