20th Annual Run for Sickle Cell to honor Tim Simpkins

On the 20th anniversary of the Sickle Cell Race, September 8, the Sickle Cell Foundation will officially name its one-mile fun run the Tim Simpkins One-Mile Fun Run. Tim will be long remembered for the many years of support and active participation he gave to the Sickle Cell Race prior to surrendering his battle with cancer earlier this year.
Come out and join us in this special recognition of Tim. Enjoy the Fun Run, celebration and PR on one of the fastest 5K courses in Tallahassee. Race day Registration at 7 a.m.; Fun Run 8:15; 5K 8:30.
